Scope

This privacy notice applies to the maintenance page currently published at oex.vision. The maintenance page does not run user accounts, send newsletters, or offer contact forms. Processing is limited to the technically required server logging at STRATO and to consent-based usage measurement with Google Analytics 4.

Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. During the page request, STRATO processes technical data such as IP address, timestamp, requested resource, browser and operating system information, and HTTP status code. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and reliable provision of the service). Server log data is processed only at STRATO and not combined to track individual persons. The log files are rotated on a regular schedule and older files are deleted automatically. They are not stored permanently.

Google Analytics 4 (only after consent)

Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Purpose: aggregate usage measurement (page views, traffic sources, basic device information).

Measurement ID: G-XLNZE3BFZY.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG (consent). No data is transmitted to Google until you grant explicit consent via the cookie banner.

Consent Mode v2: Default signals for analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization are set to "denied". Only after your consent does analytics_storage change to "granted"; the advertising categories remain permanently "denied".

Script loading: gtag.js is only loaded after your consent. If you reject, no script is loaded from googletagmanager.com or google-analytics.com, and no Google Analytics cookies are set.

International transfer: Where personal data is transmitted to Google, a transfer to the United States cannot be excluded. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention: The retention of analytics data is governed by the settings in the Google Analytics property.

Fonts

The fonts used on this website are served from our own server. No connection to third-party servers is established; in particular, no data is transmitted to Google Fonts.

Consent storage in your browser

Your choice is stored locally in your browser under the localStorage key oexvision.consent.v1. The entry contains no personal data, only a status ("analytics: true/false") and a timestamp. You can delete the entry at any time via your browser settings.

Cookies

As long as you do not grant analytics consent, the maintenance page sets no cookies. After consent, Google Analytics 4 sets its own cookies (for example _ga, _ga_*) for recognition and aggregate session analysis.

Your rights

You have, among others, the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any granted consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR), for example via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The supervisory authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.

Newsletter, contact form, accounts

This maintenance page does not offer newsletters, contact forms, or user accounts. Inquiries reach us by email at contact@oex.vision. Your message is stored for the processing of your inquiry and deleted after completion unless statutory retention obligations apply.
